With 1.7 million member companies and around 36 million insured persons from over 100 sectors, it is the largest of the nine employers' liability insurance associations in Germany. It ensures preventative occupational safety and comprehensive health protection and is a reliable provider in the event of a claim.
About the project
In the jungle of occupational health and safety, entrepreneurs often find it difficult to know their legal obligations and to utilise the support offered by the VBG. The new website plays a central role in counteracting this. It serves as a central, user-centred information platform that guides companies through the complex regulations and enables them to take advantage of the benefits. In addition to good user guidance to overview and in-depth information, it offers many useful services such as a seminar search, a media centre, a location search and central FAQs.
How Neos CMS made the difference
The extensive, partly legally binding content is managed by a large team of specialised editors.
Thanks to the genuine ‘What You See Is What You Get’ (WYSIWYG) functionality of Neos, editors can easily handle the large amount of content modules and design the variety of content in a user-centred way.
Seamless integration with external systems such as the seminar database, media management and the powerful Elasticsearch search engine allow users to find the information they need quickly and efficiently.
