With the desire to modernize the website and improve usability, HOERBIGER approached Sitegeist in mid-2021 and they quickly came to an agreement.
The project then began with a joint conception phase in which it quickly became clear that HOERBIGER products had to be more easily accessible on the new website and that the navigation needed to be streamlined. The aim was therefore to bring the products to the fore both on the website and in the Neos backend and to make them easy to maintain.
A product area was thus created in the backend, in which it is possible to assign specific areas, product groups and industries to each individual product. As a result, the products are automatically displayed in various places across the entire website without manual maintenance.
In order to pick up the user emotionally, large-scale image and video stages were used.
By integrating the Neos system into HOERBIGER's system infrastructure, it is easy for editors to log into Neos via Single Sign On and VPN without having any additional access data ready.

How Neos made the difference
The intuitive user interface of Neos and flexibly definable role authorizations enable HOERBIGER to have the various areas on the website created and edited directly by the experts from the different specialist departments, without prior knowledge or extensive training.
In addition to improving the accessibility of the products and services on the site, this ensures that the specialist departments can update all relevant information on the website independently and without any time lag, and that the website thus offers real added value for all users.
