Here we go with our monthly update for May, providing you with latest developments, contributions and updates as well as news from Neos team and community. We're all very excited about Neos Conference from June 19-20 in Karlsruhe. If you haven't already, secure your ticket at neoscon.io!

    • This plugin provides an endpoint and a Neos Ui integration for checking the health of Neos environments.

    • Neos 9 compatibility!
    • This plugin allows listing assets as a content Element
  • sandstorm/mxgraph 4.0
    • Neos 9 compatibility!
    • This plugin allows embedding Draw.io graphs as content elements
  • shel/referencelist 1.1
    • This plugin now provides even better listing of references to a selected element in the inspector
  • sitegeist/archaeopteryx 2.0
    • Neos 9 compatibility!
    • This plugin provides an enhanced link editor in the Neos Ui
    • The plugin now better optimised and loads much faster

    • Various bugfixes and allows now to reset all storages
    • This plugin provides a storage and various export methods of form submissions

Neos Community

Neos Team

  • Simon Krull stepped down as active team member and now is an “Active contributor”. We thank Simon for all his invaluable work over the years and are happy he will still help us in the best way he can.

Neos Foundation

  • Philip Berghoff is new to the team. He'll help us in #guild-marketing, with media relations, blog posts and marketing topics. Let us know if you have any ideas! First results are our press releases for Neos 9 and Neos Conference as well as this monthly list!
  • Neos 9 upgrades for our 3 Neos instances that power neos.io, https://www.neoscon.io, docs.neos.io and demo.neos.io are in the final testing phases.

Funding news

  • XDebug support for Flow and Neos
    • The first preview of the native path mapping has been released which can be tested with real projects.
  • Media.Ui new graphql adapter integration
    • After 5 months the improved media management module was partially rewritten to drop the deprecated GraphQL integration with a mostly custom one that provider better performance, better testability, easier maintenance and less dependency on third party code. The package is now ready for future and is currently in testing for the release 2.0 and 3.0 which will include the compatibility with Neos 9.
