How Neos made the difference
SIGA's international focus had a decisive influence on the relaunch of the website. The project's objectives like the seamless connection of third-party systems, customizable content per country and per language such as the ease of use of the website for users and editors convinced SIGA to use Neos.
Neos also allowed to build the new website as an agile project, as Neos fulfills the requirement for easily understandable and individualizable content par excellence. The design, created by a third-party service provider, guides the user through the website using a product story. Using various individual developments, we took care to bring the story line to bear.
Content Dimensions
Content Dimensions is an important and often used feature as the website has 10 different languages and 17 countries.
Asset Proxies
To seamlessly include the DAM system of SIGA into the Neos Media Module, Asset Proxies where used to allow editors to see all assets of the DAM system and use them. While in use Neos takes care of holding a copy of the resource on the webserver and also removes it when the Asset is not used anymore.
Application Framework Flow
Easy integration of business logic with Domain Driven Design thanks to the Flow framework. This allows seamless extensibility for the website content.
